I wrote to two companies which claimed to offer prompt and professional service - neither replied to my emails. I chanced upon Zulfikar's site and emailed him, thinking it was a last ditch effort. I was pleasantly surprised when he replied within the day. He understood how much the site meant to me and patiently explained what needed to be done as well as possible issues involved, given that the site needed 7 incremental upgrades. Zulfikar kept me regularly posted on his progress and what was best was not just the speed at which he worked but that all of my site's content was intact.

Having never before used a service like they offer I was skeptical at first, over the course of the next two days I received regular updates on the changes and fixes taking place on my site. It was absolutely awesome to know that someone actually was fixing this nightmare of an issue. What's the point of a site that you can't post on? Well folks I am happy to announce that Zulf fixed my issues and even improved the load speed of my site.

Very impressed with the service. All done promptly and very well. Our blog was on a version not so much old as prehistoric and yet they rolled through all the new versions to bring it up to date, as well as making my creaky old theme work with the new software, and fixing little issues which weren't quoted for along the way.
