As a blogger you spend hours researching, formulating and composing your post with the aim to bring quality information to your readers. And hope that once they have read it all some will take the time to comment either endorsing, condemning or simply to add their weight to the article – it’s all well and good, all bloggers encourage it and it’s what motivates us to further research and continue plodding away right?

But there is always the few who have nothing better than just go around the net splattering their crap all over others hard work. Even though we have spam catcher (I use akismet) and all comment are moderated, it still takes away from the fun of it all as well as waste our time. Time we could well spend gathering more quality info for us all to share – do these people have no conscience? How do they sleep at night? Surely not with a cupa horlicks am sure!

That’s my rant for this week and I am forced to take drastic measures! Enough is enough, anyone who spams any of my blogs gets banned – thanks to WP-Ban by Lester ‘GaMerZ’ Chan. So be warned, desist or be banned! This applies to those spam which bare the following characteristics: dodgy looking email id, weird looking web address and comment full of mambo jambo of characters or some weird crap like “jony is my mate and iona is my girl” :-$ Pardon my French but like what the &%&% is all that about?

Anyways enough said – the next time they attempt to gain access to my blog(s) this is what they’ll see:

Ooohhh That was very very naughty of you

and you thought you are being smart posting spam on my blog?

Jony maybe your friend and Iona your girl but that was still naughty spaming my blog – Now You Are Banned
