Commenting On Blogs For Back Links – Revisited With KeywordLuv

On the 17th April I did a post on building backlink by commenting on blogs which I have revisited as well as take a look at what others are saying about the topic.
What I have noticed around the blogosphere is that every one is talking about the importance of using anchor keywords/text for the link. Unfortunately with a standard wordpress installation, comments are anchored on the commenter’s name – Which doesn’t really give much in the way of benefit other than just being a backlink.
Thankfully wordpress is very extensible and with a huge collection of plugins the tasks are made much much easier. So I’ve taken the pleasure of adding the KeywordLuv plugin on this blog as a way of saying thanks to all that take the time to comment and adding value to my content.
Now you can leave a comment on any of my posts and have it anchored to your chosen keyword. To take advantage of this all you have to do is key in yourname@yourkeywords in the name field when leaving a comment. The plugin will do the rest and your comment will show up like Zulfikar from Blog Installation Service says: your comment.
As you can see, not only do you have a comment with a backlink to your site but it’s nicely wrapped in an anchor keyword of your choice giving your the full SEO benefits we all want. Go on give it a try on this post, leave me a quality and valuable comment and in return I’ll give you a keyword rich anchor backlink to your blog/site

Keyword love is the best commenting application that I have ever came across. This is wonderful tool and you don’t have to worry about the tracking back system.

@Rick@Online tutor – This has to be one of those must have toys/gadgets in the blogging sense. I wish more bloggers will install it so that we can all enjoy the benefits while building better blogs and growing the network.
@hotlinegroup.. keyword luv encourages comments on your blog because unless you have the keywords in your url links are often worthless as far as google is concerned
doesn’t really work though, as you’ve no followed the links.
I also like the KeywordLuv plugin. If nothing else it stops people using keywords in place of their names and makes the whole thing more personable – after all you can’t really reply to “best hosting” as well as “Billy from best hosting”, it’s just so much nicer.

@andy – The plugin and facility are meant to give you a keyword rich achore text link pointing to your blog/site. Its not an exercise to pass on PR juice.
Yes it would be of great benefit indeed and yes I am planning to give a dofollow for those who participate in the discusion more often. If I was to give a dofollow to every first time commenter then what benefits are there for me?
So for now settle for some Keyword Luv
and later I’ll give some PR luv too as long as you a regular and actively participating there’ll plenty of luv to go around

AN IMPORTANT point about using keyword luv which all of the above commenters may be missing is that apart from many already discussed benefits of its use it helps interection with people who really care have knowledge and do appreitiate human emotions and feeling and attract genune beings ..also indirectly our knowledge also increases when we read the whole post so that we can give a decent comment related with trhe post hence inturn we come across many new ideas,info and lot more ..hope iam right here iguess

The article is cool. It has some very nice inforamtion about bck links and keywords. My commoent would be that When you build backlinks, the ext that you turn into a link is called the “anchor text”. Whatever that word says is very important. If you have a site about games, links to your site should not be “play this game here”, it should be “game name” or “awesome games”, or something along those lines. Each time you create a backlink with a certain word of phrase as the anchor text, you get a “point” for that word. The more links created with that word or phrase, pointing to the same content or page, the better you’ll rank in search engines. This is why building 10,000 backlinks doesn’t mean all that much, it all depends on what the anchor text is, otherwise your backlinks really don’t count for all that much.

Still gathering info and doing some research on the topic, I am also running a couple of tests on some of my less know blogs to see the effect. @seo services – Exactly, well commented. The “Anchor Text” is all too important to be wasted on such words as “Click here”, “Go to” or “read it here”.
You will be well advised to use a keyword/key-phrase that closely relates or describes your niche/subject matter in order to reap the full link benefits.
hey, great idea using this keywordluv plugin. I also use it on all my sites. It really is win-win. The increased activity is a bonus for me and everyone who comments gets a free backlink!

My comment would only be that There are hundreds of keyword optimization tools keyword generators and keyword services. There is only one over-riding truth when it comes to keywords, and that is keyword links .Whatever your business is, it comes down to keyword links . Thats where keyword adlinks aims to please. Simply claim your place by entering your keyword or product and follow the simple instructions .
I comment on blogs because I enjoy reading and learning new things. It’s a nice bonus to get a quality backlink because of you installing the KeywordLuv plug-in. This and CommentLuv are both great plug-ins. Thanks for taking care of your commentors.
I would like to say that With css being the standard today people have stopped using the h tags for their headlines. Instead they are creating headline styles that look the same but are going to be treated differently by the search engines! Instead you should style your h tags to look how want them.

Commenting on blogs with keywordluv installed is an easy way to get some “cheap” links, but it shouldn’t be considered a true link building campaign. There are MUCH better ways of getting links!

i just love the use of the plugin made especially for blogging they have made my lefe so much easier to get fresh content on the pages. I use keywordluv and comment luv regularly, it is really worth it even though you get bombarded with spam type adds it is the only draw back.

Commenting is a way to find a backlink , so we can use keywordluv for good usage, but the commenters should give good comment and not ‘It is usefull’, ‘It is great’, etc etc, the should give some usefull information to users, then only the benefits stand for longtime, some survey says 74% of the comments are rejected by bloggers.
